 DAY OF DISCOVERY Several Carter County teachers joined 100+ others from Tennessee and North Carolina for a fabulous day of learning on Saturday, September 10. Through general sessions and rotating breakout sessions all experienced an in-depth view of the many features of Discovery Education and some useful 21st centrury tools to use in the classroom. Discovery Education provided a wonderful lunch on the veranda of Lion Crest and all were then given tickets to tour the Biltmore House and gardens. It was not a quiet day as all were eagerly sharing new ideas.
