Who is eligible for the Carter Cares After-School Program? |

Any student enrolled in one of the Carter County Elementary Schools listed: Cloudland, Central, Hunter, Range, Unaka, Little Milligan, and Valley Forge.
However, priority will be given to students who have teacher, principal, or guidance counselor recommendations. Also, students who have no after school child care, need improvement in academics, or need improvement in social skills. |
