Welcome to 4th Grade!

Hi! My name is Nikki Collins, and I am the 4th Grade teacher. This is my second year at Range, and I love it here! I am married to Bryant Collins, and we have a dog, Jake. We hope to have children of our own someday.

I attended Tusculum College, where I received my B.A. degree in Elementary Education. My hobbies include scrapbooking, cooking, and traveling.

This year, we are having a student teacher in our classroom! Mrs. Peck attends ETSU, and she is pursuing a career as a teacher! We are very excited to have her with us this year! 

HOMEWORK:

• 1 BOX ON READING CONTRACT PER NIGHT. (Read for 20 minutes or more, and respond in writing. Due on Friday and must be signed.)
• 1 SPELLING CONTRACT ACTIVITY PER NIGHT. (Due on Friday.)
• MATH PRACTICE PROBLEMS 3-4 NIGHTS PER WEEK. (Check homework folders daily for any math homework.)
• For any large projects, a note will be sent home.

Each Friday, we have a spelling test. Reading and Spelling Contracts are also due on Fridays.

REMEMBER TO PRACTICE YOUR MULTIPLICATION FACTS! STUDENTS WILL BE TESTED ON THESE THROUGHOUT THE YEAR!
